Founding 100 Terms

These terms apply to the Founding 100 promotion operated by VelvetShe LLC.

Eligibility

The program is for the first 100 eligible women who verify the email they submit. Verification order, not the time the form was opened, decides the place. VelvetShe may refuse a registration that is duplicated, automated, or ineligible.

What confirmation means

A confirmed place records future eligibility for six months of complimentary Premium, a permanent 33% discount on eligible purchases, and a permanent Founding Member status. The discount is subject to Apple, store, and payment-platform rules. None of these benefits are active as a purchase today.

What this form does not do

Submitting this form does not create an app account, sign you in, charge a card, or place a badge on a profile. Those steps happen only after a separate authorized link between the verified email and an app account. Founding status is intended to remain if Premium later ends or a member takes a break.

Waitlist

After 100 places are assigned, additional verified emails are waitlisted. A waitlist place is not a confirmed Founding place. VelvetShe may correct a mistaken assignment. That correction does not by itself promote the next waitlisted person.

Messages

Verification email is required to finish registration. Marketing email is optional and separate. TestFlight invitations are not sent from this form.
